If you’ve been in an auto collision and you would like your repair done by the best in the industry, simply call or drop off your vehicle to our state-of-the-art facility.
Our 5-star customer service team will work side-by-side with any and all insurance providers to complete a free computerized estimate that accurately assess any damage before we being starting the repair process. We are here with you from start to finish! We walk you through the steps of making a claim with your insurance company and once the claim is made, leave the rest to our GoodFellas team!
After we, along with your insurance company, determine which parts are needed, we will order the materials (if they are not currently in stock). Our I-Car, ASE and Platinum certified technicians and specialists will start restoring your vehicle to its factory-new condition technicians using the latest technology and equipment. After all stages of body repairs, your vehicle will then be prepared for painting.
Once body work is complete, your vehicle will begin the prepping process for paint which includes sanding, sealing, and priming. Our certified paint experts will then utilize computer technology to find the exact color match based on the manufacturing codes of your vehicle before applying fresh paint to the required panels. Your vehicle is then quality controlled by our shop foreman before buffing and polishing.
Our technicians will then inspect the vehicle with professional-grade software to make sure that everything is in perfect order before proceeding to detailing. Along with a final quality inspection, our specialists and technicians will make sure your vehicle is safe for you to get back on the road. FAQ - Collision Center in Las Vegas
The estimator will analyze the car, talk you through the damage, and can differentiate between the damage done to the car in the accident and the prior condition of the vehicle. The estimator will be the first person in the company you interact with to get your car repaired.
The clutch is often referred to as the toughest part of a car to fix. The spark plugs are the next hardest part of a car to fix. Then comes the transmission, engine replacement, repairing, or recharging of an air conditioner, bodywork, and then last but not least straightening a frame.
Basic collision repairs consist of changing spark plugs, removing scratches from paint, and replacing a head or tail light. Most of these collision repairs are relatively easy to fix and don’t take a great deal of time.
The best answer to this question is “it really depends”. It depends on how busy the collision repair center is, what is the extent of the damage to the car, and is the car small or it is a large truck. Until an estimate is made there’s no real definitive answer.
In Nevada, if a vehicle is damaged in a collision to the extent that repairing the vehicle would exceed 65% of what the car is worth prior to the collision then it would be considered a total loss. However, a total loss is kind of what you feel about the car, if you really love your car and can’t bear to part with it or it has significance to you there is always a way to fix a car.
If new damages are significant, the insurance company may classify the vehicle as a total loss. In the unlikely event that this happens, any checks provided to you or to the collision repair shop for the previous collision may need to be returned so a salvage title can be issued and a check can be cut for the vehicle’s new value.
